The Story
Built from
scratch.
Every time.
In 2011, I started working with a restaurant group that had one Greek restaurant and a logo. Over the next 14 years, that became 8 distinct brands across 17+ locations — steakhouses, a nightclub, a winery, a breakfast joint, taco restaurants, catering companies, and a specialty food brand that launched a celebrity wine collaboration generating $65,000 in its first week.
I built nearly every one of those brands from scratch. Identity, menus, websites, social media, packaging, signage, photography direction, campaigns — all of it, simultaneously, remotely, through a pandemic.
Before that: 20 years of creative work spanning nightlife promotional design, AutoCAD drafting for 53 school campuses, interior design, and property development. After: founding South Florida Flower Walls, Tiny Tribe Rentals, and becoming an Airbnb Superhost with a 4.84 rating on a property I designed, staged, and styled myself.
I'm a FIDM-trained interior designer with a laser cutter, a real estate portfolio, and a borderline obsessive need to make things look and feel exactly right. That's what Matte and Gloss is.
